Jeff Kreutz is an experienced litigator and neutral specializing in resolving difficult disputes. He has extensive experience resolving hundreds of cases involving personal injury, sexual assault claims, medical negligence, business disputes, and other matters of all sizes.
With more than twenty-five years’ experience, Jeff has a unique background in working on both sides of the aisle. He spent more than thirteen years specializing in defense of civil lawsuits, including a focus on medical negligence cases, as well as an equal number of years in plaintiff’s personal injury work. He has tried cases throughout Washington and participated in hundreds of arbitrations and mediations as both counsel of record as well as arbitrator and mediator.
Jeff’s broad experience makes him uniquely positioned as a mediator to navigate the complexities of cases and the needs of the parties. Jeff successfully completed Mediation Training at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine Caruso School of Law.
Known for a caring and listening demeanor, Jeff is often selected by parties as the chosen neutral in Mandatory Arbitration cases. When not mediating, he can be found coaching youth sports, spending time in the mountains, traveling, or frustratingly tinkering with his restored 1967 Chevy Malibu.
While Jeff recognizes the uniqueness of each case, each matter requires an ability to understand the issues, patience, and a willingness to be committed to resolution.
