Bryan has tried, arbitrated, and mediated a diverse array of personal injury, wrongful death, insurance bad faith, and abuse cases for 25 years. He is admitted to practice in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and New Mexico, but handles single-event, multi-plaintiff, and mass tort cases throughout the country, including California, Utah, Montana, Illinois, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida.
